Meditation is such an action by which our mind and mind become calm. Meditation is definitely done before doing yoga or after doing yoga so that your body along with mind and mind can get rest by going into a calm state, the benefits of which we see for a long time.

Schedule in advance Meditation Time

To do meditation, you must first decide the time because if you do not keep any pickup time then you will not be able to do meditations. Usually people leave it while doing meditation on a normal day but it does not prove to be effective because along with a fixed time for meditation,s it is necessary to do it for a long time, after which you will start getting its benefits, so setting a time to do meditations, at least start it from 5 to 10 minutes daily at the same time and take it for 30 minutes.

For how to get your attention in meditation, you have to do some important things which will be beneficial for you in your meditation. While sitting on meditation, first of all, close both your eyes and take deep breaths comfortably. Breathing deeply for a few seconds will increase the effect of air in your body very quickly. Feel the process of the breath coming out and taking it in. With this your attention will start to stay at one place and after that you start chanting any word and your meditation will start from here.

If you try to distract your mind, take a deep breath

In the beginning of meditation, common people’s mind starts wandering and does not allow them to go towards meditation, at this time you will start noticing many such things and many different thoughts will start running in your mind. As soon as the mind starts coming under control, after that you start chanting the word again, so that your mind will be calm and the word will start to chant.

Don’t worry if you don’t get attention: –

In the beginning of meditations, your mind will be out of control and at that time you will not be able to concentrate on meditations, so you do not have to worry at all and do not leave meditation.s Your mind will leave meditations and try to take you towards other works, in such a situation, instead of controlling your mind and focusing on other work, you have to pay attention to meditations. In the beginning such problems will definitely come, but gradually you will reach the state of meditation that only after starting the chanting of the word, you will be able to control your mind and for the first few minutes and then for a few hours, your mind will be under your control and you will reach the best state of meditation.

There will be benefit in work, anger will end

Usually today our attention is not used in work due to which we are not able to contribute in our job which should be given, in such a situation we have to go through a lot of problems but after doing meditations you will start working carefully and your body itself will help you to work so that you will start moving towards success by doing your work up to 200%. Along with this, your anger will also come under control or we can say that you will stop getting angry. While doing meditations, anger almost reaches the point of elimination, in such a situation you get a person of very calm nature.

End your session mindfully:

When your meditation time is up, take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes. Sit quietly and be present for a while before going back to your daily activities.

Remember, meditations is a personal practice and there is no right or wrong way to do it. It’s about finding what works best for you and making it a regular part of your life. Over time, you may notice an increase in focus, a decrease in stress, and an improvement in overall health.
