With Arun Narang joining, Aam Aadmi Party gets stronger in Abohar – CM Mann

The Bharatiya Janata Party has suffered a major setback in Punjab. Former BJP MLA from Abohar Arun Narang joined the Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann formally inducted Narang into the party and welcomed him to the fold.
Arun Narang won the 2017 assembly elections from Abohar constituency by defeating the then Congress candidate Sunil Jakhar. Arun Narang is a very popular name among the people of Abohar. Ever since Sunil Jakhar joined the BJP, he was angry with the party.

After welcoming Arun Narang’s into the party, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann tweeted that the family of Aam Aadmi Party is continuously growing in Punjab. Impressed by the pro-people policies of the AAP government, former Abohar MLA Arun Narang has joined the Aam Aadmi Party. He said that Narang’s joining the AAP will strengthen the party in Abohar and its surrounding areas.
